Beta Terms

Beta service
ThaiShift is a limited pilot for participating massage shops and therapists. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Report errors promptly and keep an independent record of time-sensitive schedules during the beta.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect your password and confirmation links, use only your own account, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Administrators may archive access to protect users or the service.
Professional responsibility
Shops and therapists remain responsible for licensing, insurance, employment classification, workplace rules, service quality, client safety, payment arrangements, and compliance with applicable law. ThaiShift supports coordination and does not replace those responsibilities.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse personal information, scrape the service, interfere with security, impersonate another user, submit false availability or bookings, or place payment card data, ID images, or unnecessary medical information in free-text fields.
Scheduling and cancellations
Users must review confirmations and changes. A request, match, or application is not final until the workflow shows the required acceptance or confirmation. Participating businesses set their own service, cancellation, and payment policies.
Beta limitations
The service is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ThaiShift is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or actions taken solely from unconfirmed beta data.
