ThaiShift beta

Privacy Notice

Effective July 14, 2026

Information we collect

ThaiShift stores account and contact details, professional and shop profile information, availability, shifts, applications, messages, booking and client contact details, operational notes, and activity needed to run the beta.

How we use and share it

We use this information to authenticate users, match and schedule work, coordinate appointments, communicate changes, support users, prevent abuse, and produce operational reporting. Booking and shift details are limited to administrators and the shops or therapists who need them for an active workflow.

Do not enter sensitive records

Do not store payment card data, government ID images, full medical records, diagnoses, or other information that is not needed for scheduling and service coordination. In-home verification records checklist completion, not copies of an ID.

Retention and requests

We retain beta records while they are needed for service, reporting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, archive, or deletion review by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for security or legitimate operational needs.

Security and changes

We use access controls, hosted authentication, encrypted transport, and limited data views. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material updates to this notice will be posted here.
